Peter and his wife Christina Bricker left Rotterdam and arrived in Philadelphia via the Pink Plaisance on the 21st of September 1732. Peter Bricker passed away in 1761 at the age of 61 and is buried 1,000 feet away from the beautiful sand stone house that he built only two years prior.In early years, the Bricker House served as an inn. Still standing on the property is a beautiful outdoor brick oven with the original tile roofing.
